GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. All art created, unless explicitly stated by the customer not to, may be used for portfolio purposes and/or uploaded publicly. Only the watermarked version will be used.
    

2. All prices includes a GENERAL COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE. This general license gives you permission to do the following:

• Using the commissioned piece as a profile icon, avatar, banner, load screen, advertisement, background or something of a similar nature on social media and any revenue generating platform.

• EXCEPTION - For any use that involves the reprinting or redistribution of the art involving physical merchandise, please contact me for an expanded license.

PAYMENT

 

1. All prices are in USD and the transaction will be conducted through PayPal only.
    

2. I only take full payment upfront or half upfront after approval of the sketch and the last half after completion.
    

3. A FULL REFUND will be issued only if I am unable to finish your commission.
    

4. Refunds are not allowed after your approval of the sketch or after I have already finished your commission.

USE OF COMMISSIONED WORK

1. You cannot trace, edit or modify the commissioned piece without first notifying me and receiving my consent. Otherwise, you are free to act within the scope of the General Commercial Use License.
    

2. WATERMARK
   You cannot crop, delete, obstruct or modify the watermark and/or signature stamp in any way.
    

3. POSTING
   Please post only the watermarked version if you wish to share the commissioned piece. This is to protect both of us from art theft and copyright violators.
    

4. CREDITING
   Please credit me if you post your commission somewhere.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
 

1. RUSH FEE
   Due to health reasons, I will NOT be doing any rush work. Please plan ahead of time and check my available slots when my commissions are open.
    

2. DIMENSIONS
   All commissions will be at 3044x3571px unless client requests, or I deem necessary, for the canvas to be a specific size larger than A4 or flipped horizontally.
    

3. COMPLETION TIME-FRAME
   Clients are booked for the entirety of a full month or up to three months (usually for merchandising) if really required. However, normally commissions are completed within three weeks, not including the sketch phase period.
    

4. REGULAR UPDATES
   Updates will occur regularly on a day-by-day basis for characters, and to a certain extent for backgrounds, including notes of what is completed and a to-do-list for the following day.
    

5. DECLINING REQUESTS
   I reserve the right to decline any commission requests that I deem inappropriate and/or outside my area of skill.
